Hi, I’m Netia Simpson-Weir — a Jamaican-Canadian creator and lifelong learner exploring the intersection of culture, travel, and technology. Through AiTen Digital, I assist small businesses and professionals in integrating AI tools that enhance creativity, efficiency, and customer engagement. We focus on human-centred automation — designing custom digital assistants that provide 24/7 customer service support so businesses stay connected long after regular hours.

Beyond business, I’m passionate about reading, AI and digital literacy, health and fitness as well as influencing the next generation of digital thinkers.

Through "Teach Your Kids AI", I am on a growing mission to make technology, safety, creativity and digital confidence accessible to families everywhere.

Technology changes fast. My goal is to help make it simple and impactful for small businesses that want to stay ahead of the current digital shift.

Automate with custom- built AI Virtual Assistants that work 24/7

Feeling overwhelmed by constant customer questions? If you’re like many small business owners, you’re spending too much time answering the same inquiries over and over — “What are your hours?” “Do you have availability?” “How do I book?” It’s exhausting and it pulls you away from actually running and growing your business.

Never miss a chance to connect.

Working in the Canadian higher education sector for the better part of a decade, I learnt a lot from my daily experiences. We faced the same time-consuming challenges repeatedly —My colleagues and I were tasked with answering the same repetitive questions daily, from multiple sources: emails, social media inquiries and telephone calls, all while juggling the real work of marketing, recruiting and supporting a diverse group of international students.

Small business owners face that same feeling every day: customer inquiries pile up, emails go unanswered, and opportunities slip through the cracks. That’s why I started using AiSmartBots — smart, friendly assistants that can automate your customer service and handle those popular, repetitive frequently asked questions(FAQ) instantly, so business owners can breathe easier, focus on growth, and never miss a chance to connect.
